1000 Friends


Founded way back in 2006, Team Ripcor numbers have swelled from 2 to 8, with other potential riders queuing to get through the doors of Ripcor Towers. It is surely only a matter of time before we are granted official BCC status and invited to ride the Tour de France. After hearing the guys enthusing over a beer about the annual rides and feeling slightly envious, I nervously got myself some wheels and set about training. Six months later I’m on my way to Dublin, crawling up a hill in horizontal rain – but having the time of my life...! Having met some of the kids at Pace, I’m even more keen to get stuck in this year.
