A word from Myles After being introduced to the Rip from Ripcor, and mentioning that I cycled now and again as part of my triathlon training, I found myself going out more and more on early morning weekday rides, and actually enjoying it. Cycling is an escape for me, I recently came out of rehab for Pigritia, and find that cycling helps me focus, and stops me relapsing back to my old ways. I am really looking forward to the 'Brussels Sprout Challenge!', as not only will it be my first ride out with the Ripcor team, it will be the longest I have ever cycled and I'll get to see stunning landscapes and sample plenty of Belgian beer!
