The Pace Centre
This year we will be riding for The Pace Centre, helping them to raise money for much needed ICT equipment for the children there. Click here.

1000 friends
We are looking for 1000 people to sponsor us a minimum of £5 each so we can raise £5000 for the Pace Centre in Aylesbury click here.

Team Ripcor was formed in 2006 as a cycling collective were having a laugh, getting fit and raising money for charity where the key drivers. That and the opportunity to buy loads of expensive cycling kit, talk design and share the odd lager based product.

To date we have raised in excess of £15,000 for our chosen charities and our club continues to expand and grow.

On the 16th June 2009 we will once again be setting out from The Pace Centre in Aylesbury, on another fundraising cycling adventure. This time over 5 days, 450 miles to Edinburgh to raise money for the Centre. And, having played a significant part in helping to raise £44,000 last year for The Pace Centre, the pressure is on to equal, if not surpass that total this year.

To that end we have several different Team Ripcor sponsorship opportunities:

  • We have created a unique fundraising section of the website where we hope to encourage 1000 friends to sponsor us a minimum of £5 each in exchange for a unique photographed number (with the odd mystery prizes hidden behind some for good measure).

  • We are once again producing a cycling jersey for the team which has already been sponsored by our good friends at Grosvenor

  • We are also staging a 60’s fancy dress disco, with Sgt Fab & the Electric Trouser Experience playing live on Saturday 9th May at Windsor Ex-Services Club.
Sean talks
Having grown up the son of a cycling enthusiast it was only going to be a matter of time before I got the bug. And got it badly I did three years ago now when Treve twisted my arm to ride from London to Paris with him. Now entering year three Ripcor is a great group of guys who like riding their bikes together and raising money for an amazing cause. This year we have upped the anti and we are off to Edinburgh on a 450 mile 5 day ride. Only bad thing is…
It is uphill all the way. To see Sean’s profile click here.
